Anna-Helena trained in Music & Drama with a BA Hons specialising in solo and ensemble on cello. 7 years a principal actor, musician and teacher in the Gardzienice Centre for Theatre Practices in Poland. Co-led‘Ancient Greek Orchestra’ in Gardzienice with Tomek Rodowycz (Teatr Chorea) and Maciej Rychly (Kwartet Jorgi). She now leads modules on ensemble and classical text for acting students at the RSAMD in Glasgow, NSD in Delhi, Volda Uni College in Norway and at Uni’s and Drama Schools around UK and Europe. She runs international ACT (Actor-Chorus-Text) and ACT Youth workshops & organises musical Day & Night events. Anna-Helena directed The Lear based on Shakespeae’s original & produced Ill Met By Moonlight, an original adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream with her UK based company Moon Fool
